WHAT WE DO

Referral forms for Braemar Credentialed Surgeons, General Practitioners and Dentists are available below.

ONE OF OUR FULLY FUNDED COMMUNITY SURGERIES
I would be most grateful if you would consider this delightful four-year-old girl for community surgery. She has recently arrived in New Zealand with her parents as they are studying to become missionaries. As they are on student visas, they are ineligible for public health services. This young girl has extensive dental cavities and requires multiple dental extractions and restorations. She is too young to manage so much treatment in the chair under local anaesthetic, despite her best efforts. It would be my pleasure to provide treatment to assist this family and would really appreciate your support.
