The Braemar Charitable Trust is very proud of Braemar Charitable Trust Trustee and Braemar Hospital Limited Director, Renae Smart whose company Civtec, took out the Business Growth/Strategy and Service Excellence awards, along with the Supreme Award at the Westpac Waikato Business Awards held earlier this month. Renae is Chief Executive Officer of Civtec Group and holds a number of other Directorships. Trust Manager Paula Baker said, “we are delighted in Civtec’s success and are very fortunate to have a Trustee of Renae’s calibre and experience on the Trust Board. Renae brings a valuable perspective, significant commercial experience along with a community heart, to our Board table and governance discussions”. Renae who has been a Trustee for 3 years, was also appointed to the Braemar Hospital Board in March this year and brings both commercial and executive leadership expertise, along with her deep knowledge, experience and connections within the health sector.
